  • How do I access my pictures on the website?
    Click log-in, enter first 3 letters of Mom’s last name, and enter 6 digit code from front of the brochure.
  • What if I do not know the code or have lost my brochure?
    No problem! Mom may call our office to retrieve the code. We cannot provide the code number to anyone but the baby’s mother.
  • How long does it take to get my pictures?
    Pictures are sent first class mail. You should receive the pictures 7-10 business days from the date we process your payment.
  • I am not happy with my pictures. Now What?
    Please call our office and we will give you instructions for returning your pictures. Pictures must be returned within 10 days of receipt in order for us to process your refund.
  • Is it safe to order online?
    Absolutely! Our payment processing system is completely secure.
  • How long do I have to order?
    Pictures are saved for at least 2 years. After 2 years, we will still have your images but the order must be paid in full before we will retrieve the file from the backup system.
  • I am still confused.
